Tasting Note: Tight, flinty and concentrated on the nose with a honeycomb character and aromas of toasted walnuts and almonds. On the palate there is a lighter-bodied, Chablis-style zippiness but with hazelnut and cashew paste complexity amid flavours of white peach and crisp Braeburn apples. A wine that clearly reflects the focus of the 2013 vintage.
